Mango Plum Smoothie

MANGO PLUM SMOOTHIE

This healthy and delicious smoothie with mango, plum and Greek yogurt is packed with nutrients that can keep you energized for longer hours.

 

Serves: 2
Ingredients:

 

*1 Mango
*2 Plums
*1 cup Greek vanilla yogurt

 

 

 

 

 

Directions:

 

Take out the pulp of mango by discarding the seed and peel. Dsicard seeds in plums too.
Place fruits into freezer for 1 our .

Add frozen fruits and Greek yogurt in your blender and blitz it until smooth.

Pour in 2 glasses and enjoy!
