SPINACH SALAD WITH NAPA CABBAGE, POMEGRANATE & ORANGE

Ingredients:
*2 cups loosely packed spinach leaves

*2 cups thinly sliced Napa cabbage

*1 orange sliced

*½ cup pomegranate seeds

 
Orange Dressing

*1 tbsp orange balsamic

*1 tbsp olive oil

*1/2,tsp brown sugar & salt to taste

Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the orange balsamic, brown sugar, olive oil and salt.

Place sliced Cabbage, spinach, orange and pomegranate seeds in a large bowl.

Drizzle with dressing and toss to combine.
